1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales/festive season), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 3–7 working days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 working days

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier issues, or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (as specified on website).

  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the threshold.

  • Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

5. Packaging

We ensure:

  • Safe and secure packaging

  • Tamper-proof sealing

  • Protection from heat, moisture, and transit damage

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If undelivered, the package will be returned to us.

  • Reshipping charges may apply if customer requests re-delivery.

7. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address was provided

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Customer refuses to accept delivery

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can be placed within India only.

9. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened or tampered

  • Incorrect product delivered
