Cancellation & Refund Policy

At World of Proteins (WOP), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure high-quality products and transparent service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for orders placed through our website.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Order is Shipped

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [your support email/phone] with your Order ID.
  • If the order is not yet dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.

1.2 After Order is Shipped

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or out for delivery.
  • You may refuse the package upon delivery; however, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products

A return or replacement is accepted if:

  • Product delivered is damaged, leaked, broken
  • Product received is incorrect or different from what you ordered
  • Product delivered is expired

To request a return:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share order ID, product images, and unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

2.2 Conditions NOT Eligible for Return

Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

  • Product opened or seal tampered
  • Product used or partially consumed
  • Change of mind or dislike of flavour
  • Damage due to improper handling after delivery
  • Packaging damage that does not affect the product inside

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Approved Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received back at our warehouse:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

3.2 Deductions

In some cases, the following may be deducted:

  • Shipping charges
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Return pickup charges (if applicable)

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance sale items
  • Freebies or gifts
  • Customized packs (if any)

4. Return Pick-Up Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will schedule a pickup.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • If pickup is not available in your location, we may request courier shipment.
