Shipping Policy

While for most of the orders we begin the shipping process immediately, but please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.

All Courier deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address, hence please provide us with an appropriate shipping address.

For any problem with the deliveries due to wrong information provided, we will not be responsible.

Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another facility, public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employees, neighbors, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
